Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 (Scope)

These terms apply to all members who join the club, including spot users.

Article 2 (Purpose)

The club aims to promote the healthy physical and mental development of members, improve athletic performance, deepen friendship among members, and contribute to a sound sports culture through triathlon-centered sports activities.

Chapter 2 Membership

Article 3 (Membership System)

The club operates on a membership basis, and its services and activities are, in principle, available only to members.

Article 4 (Membership Eligibility)

A person who agrees to these terms and whose admission is approved by the club becomes a member. A person affiliated with antisocial forces, restricted from exercise by a physician, or otherwise deemed inappropriate by the club may not become a member.

Article 5 (No Transfer of Membership)

Membership is valid only for the individual member and may not be transferred, lent, inherited, or otherwise disposed of.

Article 6 (Minors)

When a minor joins, the consent of a legal guardian is required, and the legal guardian shall bear responsibility jointly with the member.

Chapter 3 Joining and Withdrawal

Article 7 (Joining Procedure)

A person wishing to join shall apply by the method designated by the club after agreeing to these terms and shall become a member when the club approves the application.

Article 8 (Personal Information)

The club shall appropriately manage members' personal information in accordance with the separately established Privacy Policy.

Article 9 (Withdrawal)

If a member wishes to withdraw, the member shall complete the procedure by the method designated by the club, and withdrawal shall take effect at the end of the month in which the club accepts the request. Fees already paid will not be refunded.

Article 10 (Suspension or Termination of Membership)

If a member fails to pay fees, violates these terms, or disrupts order, the club may suspend or terminate membership without prior notice.

Chapter 4 Fees and Athletic Activities

Article 11 (Enrollment Fee and Membership Fee)

Members shall pay the enrollment fee and membership fee determined by the club by the prescribed method. Fees arise regardless of whether the services are actually used.

Article 12 (Athletic Activities)

The club conducts training sessions, events, and related activities for triathlon and connected disciplines. Activities may include outdoor participation, and members shall take part at their own risk after understanding the associated dangers.

Article 13 (Health Management and Insurance)

Members shall manage their own health condition and obtain sports insurance or equivalent coverage at their own responsibility. The club does not provide medical treatment beyond first aid.

Chapter 5 Digital Services, Membership Categories, and Publicity

Article 14 (Use of Digital Services)

The club may use digital services such as Google Forms, social media, and LINE.

Article 15 (Membership Categories and Programs)

The club may establish multiple membership categories and programs. Their contents and fees shall be determined separately and may be changed with prior notice.

Article 16 (Use of Photos, Videos, and Results)

The club may use photos, videos, and athletic results taken or recorded during activities for publicity purposes without compensation, and members shall be deemed to have consented in advance.

Chapter 6 Order, Camps and Trips, Miscellaneous

Article 17 (Prohibited Conduct)

Members shall not engage in harassment, defamation, nuisance behavior, or any other conduct that disrupts the order of the club.

Article 18 (Camps, Events, and Trips)

Participation in camps, events, and domestic or overseas races shall in principle be treated as separate arrangements, and the club shall not be responsible for troubles arising from weather, transportation conditions, or similar circumstances.

Article 19 (Disclaimer)

The club shall not be liable for accidents, injuries, theft, or similar incidents suffered by members except in cases of gross negligence by the club.

Article 20 (Amendment of Terms)

The club may amend these terms as necessary and shall notify members in advance of any changes.

Article 21 (Governing Law)

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
